Coral Palms deliver another indie anthem with ‘Something in the Air’

Coral Palms fourth single, ‘Something in the Air’, is the latest release of the four-piece conceived in the seaside town of Torquay in Devon. The band, which is currently settled in London, have gained critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, EARMILK amongst others. ‘Something in the Air’ follows the rapturous hit ‘Open Roads’ released in April this year with more than 145k listens on Spotify.

A track that begins with exhilarating guitar doubled riffs, harsh drum beats and a pleasurable synth line can never go wrong. It evolves to an instant dance floor anthem, where the melody takes you into the moment of chemistry when you catch someone’s eye on a night out. The vibrant indie vocals coupled with sticky guitar hooks boosts the song into its enthusiastic and upbeat sonority.

It is the perfect song to be sung at a summer festival. The captivating chorus and the energy deriving from the beginning till the end allow us to dive into our imagination and create a visual image of people singing along in a hot and joyful day where happiness reigns.

Coral Palms are undoubtedly paving the way to be one of the most prominent bands within the indie rock scene.
