Sacrificing a warm-up for a sprint, the Bedfordshire quartet jump the gun to create a fast-paced synergy between the ghoulish lyrics and its upbeat undercurrent. Quickly tripping the switch for a bridge submerged with only a lone guitar for company, it is not long before the power reignites stronger than it ever was before. Fitting somewhere between the modern indie scene and that of the 80s, the tune is a beautiful amalgamation of influences.
