Made with a wash of honeyed vocals, swirling synths and warm guitar, it’s the harmonies float like the sea breeze. Written far from the forces of nature in isolation, it is inspired by a New Years Eve where phone calls had become the only legal form of human contact. And it was from this act of trading resolutions through the airwaves in a hope that it will get better next year that this song was born.
