Revealing the band’s subversive thoughts to the world, Montrell’s latest single contemplates the act of cheating.

As an action which is, as the title says, ‘Simpler in The Dark’ the band holds onto the last tethers of a relationship as they dream for someone else. Produced by Jon Supran, the drummer from Flyte, there’s clear linearity between both bands classic pop. Almost Beatles-esque, it only takes a couple of the slow acoustic guitar strums and delicate harmonies to hook you into its debaucherous thoughts.

The second song to be taken from the upcoming Angel EP, we can't wait to see what other mortal dilemmas will plague Montrell.
