Mod pop princess Natalie Madigan shines in her defiant new track “Put the Light Back”.

Nashville native Natalie Madigan doesn’t shy away from bold, idiosyncratic style or from introspective storytelling. Mixing the old with the new, she plots her own path, arriving at increasingly more exciting locations; her song “Anyone” has been featured on the Netflix drama “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and she is not planning on stopping there.

“Put the Light Back” is a power ballad of resilience and personal self-discovery, tracing Natalie’s own process of reconciliation with her inner world. Recorded in the dark and isolating times of the first lockdown in her home studio, this track was later revisited with Natalie’s producer Cody Lavallee, resulting in a fantastic mix that is both resonant and tightly produced. As she sings about her struggles, this songstress takes control of her reality, refusing to be pulled away into a pit of despair and away from her music.

In times of darkness we all seek a guiding light, but Natalie Madigan has found one within herself; now she radiates it through her music.
