“The perfect soundtrack for the spooky season, ‘Circe’ is sublime musical storytelling at its most potent.”

The witching hour is upon us with Oslo Twins’ spellbinding track ‘Circe’.

With a wide range of influences from the atmospheric moodiness of Beach House to the danceable rhythm of Scandinavian electro, Oslo Twins create music that is “both melodic and melancholic” yet driven by a melodic pop hook. Coming together in 2019 during their time at university, Oslo Twins have since found champions in Mas Records who helped them produce their much acclaimed debut single ‘The Edge’ which premiered on BBC Radio Bristol. Their newest single, ‘Circe’, continues to build on this early success, stepping up the sound to a new high.

Dusky, ethereal and menacing, ‘Circe’ is the sound of a magic spell cast on a moonlit night. Driven by spacy synths and elements of Nightcore, its danceable rhythm and cinematic atmosphere are entrancing, blending seamlessly with witchy vocals reminiscent of Kate Bush. Inspired by the eponymous seductive sorceress, ‘Circe’ is an ode to female sensuality and the visceral power of longing. As it sores higher with each howling chorus, we are pulled further into its frenzy, powerless at its might yet at gasping in awe.

The perfect soundtrack for the spooky season, ‘Circe’ is sublime musical storytelling at its most potent.
