“Swapping out strings for synths while simultaneously allowing her vocals to reach a new realm. Finding a footing in a darker land which we can only hope she’ll continue to uncover.”

Known outside of music as Louise Lindenger, this Swedish indie troubadour has reached a new realm with this, her third release of the year. Sensuous, it moves like day to night. Exposing itself through the bright, carefully picked lyrics of the verse before hiding within an eclipse of vast electronic drones of anxious contemplation found in the post-chorus. With time passing both in the structure and the words which dance around the fear of growing up, it’s a step away from her previous guitar-led anthems. Swapping out strings for synths while simultaneously allowing her vocals to reach a new realm. Finding a footing in a darker land which we can only hope she’ll continue to uncover.
