TEN HANDS HIGH RELEASE NOSTALGIC INDIE-ROCK GEM ‘6 WEEKS’

“Capturing a blazing romance solidified in the time and place of summer, the track is a nostalgic indie-rock gem reminiscent of youthful indie bands of festivals past like Model Aeroplanes.”

Whilst it is still the height of summer, it’s never too early to laments its end. This is a fact that Leeds’ Ten Hands High seem to know all too well in their latest track, ‘6 Weeks’, which professes that the “you’re my summer girl, I’m not your world”.

Capturing a blazing romance solidified in the time and place of summer, the track is a nostalgic indie-rock gem reminiscent of youthful indie bands of festivals past like Model Aeroplanes. Building in rhythmic overlays as the sun creeps over the tracks horizon, the jangling guitars are soon joined by breezy riffs and bold harmonies vying for attention. As part of the band's second phase of releases which kicked off in February, '6 Weeks' makes you pay attention time once again after isolation rendered it almost meaningless
