Using found sounds, eerie delays and a catchy chorus Quiet Houses set up a vivid scene in which two young adults desperately search for the courage to express their feelings for one and other.
Ethereal vocals blend into spheric ambience, lush piano fills the gaps left by a kick drum which is beyond all smoothness. Temple Haze creates a title track which starts as a blurry dream an unfolds into a well known, universal memory.
The single is about the dark side of fame - the people you hurt, the concessions you make, the life you give up for that single pursuit. The cynical subject matter brings a heavier, more alternative vibe to this single, compared to The Satellite Station’s usual pop/folk sound.
Inspired by artists and bands such as Sam Fender, Bon Iver, Ben Howard and Bruce Springsteen, Stray Dogs expresses the hardships of living life as a working class citizen under the long-lasting grip of austerity. The song entails a cinematic drama with soaring melodies and atmospheric soundscapes to portray the power of endurance that working class people have.
This song a very personal song. It's about the best and worst time of my life really - one of those moments that anyone can find themselves in, suddenly in a relationship where so many people can get hurt, but not being able to walk away from it, or to face up to what it is.
"Lost in Your Light" is about the fact that we're all pretending to be alright, happy or confident, but actually, in a way we’re all lost and are just too afraid to share this with one another. When you truly open up to someone, and show them your vulnerabilities and fears, it creates a kind of intimate glow around you.

German artist, Kaso, uses a blend of R&B, Hip-Hop, Funk, Jazz, and Funk-Rock to craft his music. The young talent has been influenced by the dance style Krump, which manifests throughout his work. Kaso harnessed his creative abilities of singing, songwriting, dancing and poetry to make his music come into fruition.
What do you get when you take five ambitious and manic musicians from far-flung suburbs and country towns and lock them in an inner-city Melbourne rehearsal room? You get Creature Fear– a compelling mix of 60’s garage rock and modern atmospherics rolled into a full-bore, shoes-off sound that can still whisper sweet nothings in your ear.
The new single ”What U Wanted” by Swedish artists Yønah and The Hollow Men is their first collaboration. The song is a song about a break up that didn’t end well, a story of getting over someone when you never wanted it to end. While Yønah usually make songs in a genre he would describe as indie pop, The Hollow Men has released acoustic indie folk songs that are more stripped down. ”What U Wanted” is a mix of the both artists styles, it got the stripped down piano parts with a catchy chorus with synths.
This is a love song, when you aren't looking for love but it just happens and you are in pure bliss. Sounds great.
Corbin Dooley, Nick Poortman, and Maya Coppola are Ondist. With divergent backgrounds rooted in Arkansas, New Zealand, and New York, the trio connected in Los Angeles. Recording in Malibu, Dallas, Kansas City, and Las Vegas brought environmental influences to the center of the Ondist sound, which is united by its cinematic vision of hope.
This song was made out of a desire to flex some high energy, confidence building muscles. The verses contain some harder hitting lyrical elements, but at its core this joint is intended to make people turn their speakers all the way up in the car when it comes on.

Ben Beal and Mick Jenkins pair up over mellow lofi production from SwuM for 'Action Figures'. Ben has been known to showcase his unique cadence, flow and lyricism over new school, boom bap jazz beats, constantly distinguishing himself as an artist.
Boorook is a Kirrae Whurrung, Gunditjmara Nation song man, lore man, cultural ambassador and educator. Boorook Music Project began in November 2019 the name Boorook is a sacred volcanic hill in his traditional country where his great grandmother was born near the springs. Boorook writes his songs to create positive change and to awaken a sense of environmental awareness and to evoke cultural unity.
This song is about needing a vacation. I wrote it before the covid pandemic but it feels even more relatable now than ever before. We all have weeks where nothing seems to go in our favor and all you want to do is get in the car and drive away from it all, and ideally end up somewhere warm with a beach and not a care in the air.

Three Cheers Too Late is a five-piece Alternative Pop Punk band from Freehold, New Jersey. More than half the band has known each other and played together for nine years. Like all good ideas, Under The Bleachers came from a happy accident. We take loops from previously recorded songs, altering the speed, the pitch, the length of loops. From a track H I D E I T, the lo-fi back-bone for UTB jumped out. It carries you a long on a synthesis of jolty drums and guitar, wavy but always secure in itself.
