“Warm, vulnerable and deeply humane, ‘Losing Sleep’ is the kind of track we can all relate to and use as a source of comfort in difficult times. ”

Lévyne is back with the first of two rousing singles, ‘Losing Sleep’.

Artist and producer Sophie Bialostocki – aka Lévyne – is a force to be reckoned with. Having establishing herself as a producer within a primarily male dominated industry, she began to release her own music. Her latest track, ‘Losing Sleep’, is one of two singles along with ‘I Don’t Think It’s Me’ that explores the process of personal growth, and looks forward towards a full length EP that Lévyne is currently producing with key collaborator Harry Charles.

Bursting with colourful pop melodies, cinematic choruses and lush arrangements, ‘Losing Sleep’ paints a vivid emotional landscape with effortless ease. As the steady strumming guitar gives way to a warm bass, layers of sonic texture unfold like a blooming flower. Lévyne’s resonant voice is the dominant core of the track, detailing a tentative story of personal growth – full of small joys, worries, mistakes and hopes for the future. The accompanying music video is a beautiful yet devastating kaleidoscope of memories, sure to have one shedding a tear or two.

Warm, vulnerable and deeply humane, ‘Losing Sleep’ is the kind of track we can all relate to and use as a source of comfort in difficult times.
