“Find The Light” at the end of the tunnel with Pattern Pusher’s exuberant track.

With their signature mix of retro sounds and modern sensibility, Pattern Pusher are intent on reviving our collective sense of positivity. Released in time to coincide with the long awaited ‘Freedom Day’, “Find The Light” celebrates human tenacity, optimism and creativity, despite being written at a time when things weren’t all that bright. Hot on the heels of the equally riotous “Come Along”, this new track looks forward to the band’s highly anticipated debut album that is bound to supply us with endless groovy tunes.

Bursting with energy and pure, unabashed exaltation, “Find The Light” sounds like bottled up rays of sunshine.  Kicking off with an expectant mixture of giddy guitar and piano, it swells to jubilant heights with each additional instrumental layer. From the funky strumming of the bass guitar to the soaring elation of the strings, the danceable disco groove commands us to move alongside the resonant beat. With Alex Johnstone’s vibrant vocals declaring “Got so much to do/ And not much time”, the track seems to be on the verge of bursting from pent up joy and expectation, ready to seize the day ahead.

A luminous track for a brighter future, “Find The Light” is an infectiously joyful summer anthem that will be the soundtrack to days of freedom and release.
