The Suffolk-born brothers Jonny and Josh Cooper have once again produced a fresh and vibrant pop track, laced with polished and unsullied vocals. Paired with dangerously catchy melodies, the inspiration Slick Division have taken from the likes of Lauv and Jeremy Zucker can certainly be heard on the track, but with their own creative flair spun into the mix. Lyrically, ‘Runaway Love’ is about pursuing what you love, whether that be a person or a passion; a sentiment that many may need reminding of in the current global climate.
