Fauna are the types of guys you wish you could be friends with. With their laidback, outspoken attitude, 70’s rock-influenced sound and a firm commitment to keep on “just vibing” and “trying to avoid the day job”, these Manchurians are both incredibly relatable and enormously cool. Did I mention that they brew their own beer? Yeah, it’s called “Didn’t Wanna IPA” in honour of their latest single, “Didn’t Wanna”, and in remembrance of all those times during lockdown when we couldn’t grab a pint at the pub.

Hailing from Manchester and comprising of brothers Danny and Adam and friends Tom and Scott, the quartet have hit the nail on the head, as they take lyrical sentiments of disenfranchised and disenchanted youth, and combine it with an unadulterated, compelling and irresistibly catchy alt-rock indie sonic backdrop.
