The Berlin-based Irish multi-instrumentalist ORIAN has been performing music for over 10 years, developing a style deeply rooted in guitar-driven pop-sensibility. His newest track, “Jewellery Box”, is the result of his song writing collaboration with the Grammy award winning Erik Alcock – the man behind such legendary acts as Eminem, Celine Dion and Pink!. Building up on the success of his previous collaborative single, “What Pulls You”, ORIAN has now embraced a more personal, stripped back approach for his folky ballad, “Jewellery Box”.

ORIAN, aka Joey Ryan, is an alternative singer-songwriter hailing from Ireland, whose roots lie in acoustic and folk foundations. There is definitely evidence of these beginnings in ‘What Pulls You’ in its authenticity and lyrical depth. Yet in his growth and development as an artist, there is something decidedly ambient and epic about this latest track, over which layers of Ryan’s ethereal vocals glide and pop-infused guitar melodies scatter.
