The self-professes “millennial maximalists” Pylons don’t shy away from rich, expansive sounds and urban anxieties of the cyber generation. The indie-rock quintet hails from Lincoln but is ready to take over the world with its lush, textured melodies, hypnotising vocals and whimsical sense of humour. Their latest track, “The Chase”, is a sneak-peak of their debut EP ‘Thanks for Coming’, which is to be released this autumn. Introspective, indulgent and simply enthralling, it is like a gust of fresh air after a period of drought.
